摘要
本实验利用铁(Ⅱ)-邻菲啰啉-灿烂黄三元络合物体系,建立双波长分光光度法测定饲料中铁含量结果表明,测量波长为493 nm,参比波长为379 nm。表观摩尔吸光系数为3.3×104L/mol.cm,线性范围为0~1.2μg/mL,方法检出限为13.8μg/L(n=11)。用该方法测定豆粕和玉米中铁含量,结果与国标法一致,相对标准偏差分别为0.57%和0.72%(n=5),回收率分别为97.6%和99.0%。
A new dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method was established for determination of iron content in feed by the ternary complex system with Fe(Ⅱ)-phen-brilliant yellow.The results showed that:the detection wavelength was at 493 nm and the reference wavelength was at 379 nm.The apparent molar absorption coefficient was 3.3×104 L/mol·cm.The linear range of the determination was 0 ~ 1.2 μg/mL,and the method detection limit of iron was 13.8 μg/L(n =11).The RSD was 0.57 % and 0.72 %(n=5),respectively.The recovery was 97.6 % and 99.0 %,respectively.
