摘要
采用正交设计方法,考查电磁搅拌工艺参数对铸坯质量的影响。并利用优化的电磁搅拌参数,进行大量的工业试验,研究了电磁搅拌对板坯凝固组织的等轴晶率和枝晶臂间距的影响。试验结果表明,铸坯的等轴晶率提高了9.48%,一、二次枝晶臂间距分别缩小了6%和11.7%,细化了组织,显著改善了铸坯的质量。
By application of the orthogonal design method the effect of the process pa- rameters of the electromagnetic stirring on the quality of the slab is studied and at the same time a series industrial scale experiments are carried out using the optimized pa- rameters of the electromagnetic stirring to find out the effects of electromagnetic stirring on the equiaxed crystal rate and dendrite arm spacing of the solidification structure of the slab. The results show that the equiaxed crystal rate of the slab raised by 9.48 %, the primary and secondary dendritic spacing decreased by 6 %, 11.7 % respectively and refined the slab structure. EMS has improved the slab quality effectively.
