摘要
通过观察 5个不同恒温条件 (15℃± 1.0℃ ,2 0℃± 1.0℃ ,2 5℃± 1.0℃ ,30℃± 1.0℃ ,35℃± 1.0℃ )下桨角蚜小蜂生长发育情况 ,确定各个虫态的发育历期 ,计算桨角蚜小蜂各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明 ,卵、幼虫、蛹、全世代的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.5℃和 4 0 .4日度、 10 .3℃和 86 .9日度、 7.0℃和 78.8日度、 9.5℃和 2 30 .5日度 ,并建立历期预测式 ,得出理论上桨角蚜小蜂一年发生 6 .9代 ,与田间实际发生代数相吻合。
Developmental durations of Eretmocerus sp. were determined under five constant temperatures of 15℃±1 0℃,20℃±1 0℃,25℃±1 0℃,30℃±1 0℃,35℃±1 0℃.From above ,developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature(EAT) of Eretmocerus sp. for each developmental stage were calculated. The result showed that developmental threshold and EAT of egg,larva,pupae and one generation were 11 5℃ and 40 4 day\|degree,10 3℃ and 86 9 day\|degree;7 0℃ and 78 8 day\|degree,9 5℃ and 230 day\|degree respectively.Developmental duration predicable equations were also constructed based on the datas under five different temperatures. The generation of Eretmocerus sp. was calculated theorically as 6 9 a year which was identical to the fact in field.
