摘要
4种不同嫁接组合的平均成活率分别为 :福建水仙 鸠坑 78 6 % ,龙井 4 3 鸠坑 87 3% ,乌牛早 鸠坑 88 9% ,浙农 113 鸠坑 85 6 %。不同月份进行的茶树嫁接 ,依茶丛数统计 ,10 0 %成活。依接穗数计 ,39 3%的茶丛 10 0 %成活 ,仅不足 7%的茶丛接穗成活率低于 6 0 %。若以最低成活率计算 ,只要每丛嫁接 8个接穗 ,就基本能达新茶园种植时每丛种 3株的效果。各嫁接组合的芽梢抽生初期与接穗品种一致 ,前期温度低 ,生长量小 ,接穗品种和相同接穗的嫁接组合萌展值较接近 ,但到适宜的生长气温时 ,嫁接茶树因有充足的养分供给生长量大 ,其生长势与台刈茶树相仿 ,与衰老的接穗母树比较 ,后期生长量明显增加 ,两者的萌展值差距增大 ,嫁接茶树的新梢生长曲线陡升 。
The average survival rate of 4 different grafted combinations are:Fujian Shuixian/Jiukeng 78 6%,Longjing 43/Jiukeng 87 3%,Wuniuzhao/Jiukeng 88 9%,Zhenong 113/Jiukeng 85 6% The survival rate(based on tea bushes)of tea plants which were grafted in different months reached 100%; if calculated with grafted scion,39 3% bushess reached a survival rate of 100%; there were only less than 7% of the bushes their scion survival rate lower than 60% According to the lowest survival rate,grafting 8 scions per bushes could reach the same effect as 3 plants per bushes which is the criterion for new tea garden construction In the infancy of the grafted sprouts,their growth is same as the scion clone:low temperature cause little growth,the sprouting values of the scion clone and the graft are similar As temperature rising,the grafted mother plants grow much better owing to its abundant nutrition supply,and as high as that of collar pruning tea plant Compared to the scion clone which is now older,the grows distinctly better,and the gap between their sprouting values also increases The growth curve of sprouts rises rapidly,thus shows the obvious effect of replanting
