摘要
校园信息化建设的成果为一站式服务奠定了数据和业务基础。本文结合复旦大学的校园信息化建设进程,探讨在信息化建设的新一轮发展阶段中一站式服务的规划和设计。复旦大学的一站式服务以共享库的数据集成为基础,以用户角色业务生命周期为主线,对数据根据使用目的建立主题,通过业务的集中和整合,以信息门户、业务门户和综合门户的形式为用户提供服务。
Informatization of universities establishes the basis of one-stop services. This paper explores the planning and design of one-stop services in Fudan University in the new stage of development of informatization. One-stop services in Fudan Universtiy are based on the integration of shared data and follow the main line of the business life cycle of the user role. The framework descripted build the themes of the intended use of the data, centralized and integrated through information portals, business portals and integrated services portal to provide users with services.
