摘要
目的探讨治疗小儿隐匿型阴茎简单有效的手术方式。方法总结82例采用Tacklee术进行治疗儿童隐匿阴茎的临床资料。结果所有患者术后随访3个月～2年。6例近期内出现明显的包皮水肿8例术后包皮过多,其余患者外观满意,无需再次手术。结论 Tacklee术治疗小儿隐匿型阴茎是一种安全有效的方法,该术式操作简单易行,效果好。
Objective To investigate the imple and effective surgical treatment approach for pediatric concealed penis. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases with Tacklee surgery for the treatment of children with concealed penis was summarize. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years. Six cases were with foreskin edema in the near future, eight cases were with too much postoperative foreskin. The others were satisfied with the appearance of the remaining patients without reoperation. Conclusion Tacklee in the treatment of children with concealed penis is a safe and effective method, the surgical operation is simple, and the effect is good.
