摘要
简要叙述了小孔流导法测量材料出气率实验原理和装置 ,给出了永磁体钕铁硼在不同情况下的热出气率 ,并对影响钕铁硼材料出气率的各种因素进行了分析 。
A novel technique was developed to measure the out gassing rate of NdFeB permanent magnet material under different conditions.The influence of various parameters on the outgassing rate of NdFeB material was analyzed.Our preliminary experimental results may be of some interest in the design of the vacuum system which uses NdFeB permanent magnets.
