摘要
利用AMESim软件针对耐火物料湿喷机液压系统正常工况下全局动态特性进行理论研究,利用仿真方法分析系统中存在的压力冲击问题及产生原因。在不改变系统原有结构的基础上,提出通过改变蓄能器工作参数和增加软管的方法来改善系统冲击问题,并建立元件数学模型以确定其工作参数;采用优化后的全局模型进一步验证了方案的可行性,使液压系统降低了压力冲击与脉动,提高了整机性能,为实际样机研制提供理论指导。
The global dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of refractories wet shotcreting machine under normal operating conditions were theoretically researched using the AMESim software,and the problem of pressure impact and its causes in the system were analyzed using simulation method. Keeping original structure of the system, changing the operating parameters of the accumulator and increasing hoses were proposed to solve the impact problem ,the mathematical model of component was established to determine its operating parameters. The feasibility of the program was validated based on the optimized glob- al model to reduce the pressure impact and pulsation of hydraulic system, improve overall performance and provide a theoretical reference for the manufacture of the actual prototype.
