摘要
针对普通齿轮泵流量品质差、径向力大、噪声高,不宜在熔体挤出等对流量品质要求高的场合中应用等问题,提出了四行星熔体齿轮泵。应用理论分析和Matlab软件模拟的方法,研究了中心轮齿数对标准渐开线齿轮泵啮合情况、流量特性、流量品质的影响规律。表明中心轮齿数为4k+1或4k+3时,泵的流量品质最佳,且随着流量不均匀性大幅降低,运行噪声将大幅下降;z为4k+2时,泵的流量品质其次;z=4k时泵的流量品质等同于普通单啮合齿轮泵。
Aiming at the shortcomings such as poor flow quality, large radial force and high noise, which limits its application in occasion with high quality requirements such as melt extrusion of ordinary gear pump, the four planets melt gear pump is put forward. The impact law of teeth number of center gear for standard involute gear pump on gear rotation angle, flow characteristics and flow quality etc is researched with related theory and simulated software Matlab. When the teeth number of center gear equals to 4k + 1 (k is integer) or 4k + 3, the flow quality of the pump is best and the operation noise decreases with the substantial decline of flow heterogeneity, when teeth number equals to 4k + 2, the flow quality of the pump follows, when teeth number equals to 4k, the quality of the pump flow is equivalent to ordinary gear pump.
