摘要
在研究非稳态振动信号处理方法的基础上,利用DH5923动态信号测试分析系统对齿轮箱在变工况过程中振动信号进行时域采样,采用样条插值和非线性拟合相结合的方法来提高角域重采样精度,并对其进行阶次分析,解决了传统阶次分析前提条件的局限性。在研究HHT(Hilbert-HuangTransform)理论的基础上,针对经验模态分解中的"端点效应"提出了新的修正方法,使用修正的阶次分析方法和HHT理论相结合对齿轮箱故障进行诊断,解决了单独使用HHT理论难以对变工况齿轮箱的非稳态信号进行准确分析的难题,提高了信号分析的准确度。通过对齿轮箱零件的典型故障进行分析,表明该方法识别齿轮箱故障的有效性。
Based on the study of the non - steady - state vibration signal processing method, the gearbox vibra- signal during the operating conditions is sampled in time domain by using the DH5923 dynamic signal measure- ment and analysis system. The accuracy of the angular domain resampling is improved by using the method of combin- ing spline interpolation and nonlinear curve fitting and the limitations of traditional order analytical assumptions is solved by the order analysis. Based on the study of the theory of HHT (Hilbert - Huang Transform), a new correction method is proposed for the end effect in the empirical mode decomposition. The gearbox fault is diagnosed by combin- ing the modified order of analytical methods and HHT theory, the problem of using HHT theory alone is difficult for non - stationary signals of variable conditions gearbox for accurate analysis is solved and the accuracy of signal analysis is improved. Through the analysis of the gearbox parts typical failure, show that the effectiveness of this method to i- dentify the gearbox failure is proved.
