摘要
目的:探讨微创拔牙技术在老年人残冠残根拔除术中的应用效果。方法:选择89例老年人共158颗残冠残根,使用微创拔牙技术拔除患牙。结果:158颗患牙均在5 min内拔除,术后未出现感染、干槽症及邻牙损伤等并发症。结论:微创拔牙技术缩短了手术时间,减少了术后并发症的发生,减轻患者的牙科畏惧情绪,是拔除老年人残冠残根的好方法。
Objective： To observe the effects of minimally invasive extration of residual crown and root in old man. Method： 158 residul crown and root in old man were extraced by using technique of minimally invation. Result： All of 158 residual crown and roots were extraced in 5 min with no complication such as infection, dry socket and adjacent tooth injury. Conclusion.. Minimally invasive extration,which may reduce operating time and postoperative complication, alleviates pa- tients dental fear, was a good method for extration of residual crown and root in the old man and thus worthy of clinical ap- plication.
