中间储仓式制粉过程优化节能控制系统开发与应用

摘要 中间储仓式钢球磨煤机制粉系统具有对煤种的适应性好、可靠性高、便于维护、锅炉燃烧易于控制等优点,但其自动控制与优化运行一直以来是困扰我国电厂生产的难题。抚顺石化公司热电厂8号炉DCS系统升级改造工程针对中间储仓式制粉系统的运行特点,采用自寻优、自适应等先进控制算法与常规控制算法相结合的控制策略,保证了制粉系统连续经济稳定运行,解决了长期以来制粉系统不易控制的难题。 Intermediate storage bunker type ball mill coal pulverizing system has these advantages such as good adaptability for the coal,high reliability,convenient maintenance,easy control of boiler combustion,but its automatic control and optimal operation has been a big problem to the plant.This paper,aiming at the intermediate bunker type milling system operation characteristics,using self-optimizing,adaptive and other advanced control algorithm and the conventional control algorithm and combining other control strategy,ensures the continuous economic and stable operation of coal pulverizing system,solving the problem that has been puzzling us.
