摘要
知识经济时代,随着图书馆信息服务竞争的不断加剧以及读者需求的多样化、个性化特征的日益突出,图书馆已经逐渐实现由"资源导向"向"读者导向"的转变。越来越多的实践证明,图书馆持续发展的关键在于重视读者的需求,提供读者需要的信息产品和服务,并通过营销来提高图书馆资源利用率和读者满意度。为此本文从读者的角度来研究,基于读者的视角来探讨图书馆未来创新发展建设,并以内蒙古财经大学图书馆的特色服务为例来具体说明。
At the era of knowledge economy,with the intense competition for library information service and increasingly prominent diversified and personalized readers＇ demand,library has gradually realized the transformation from resource-orientated to reader-orientated.More and more practices prove that the key to library＇s sustainable development is to focus on readers＇requirement,provide readers with information products and service as well as improve library＇s resource utilization rate and readers＇satisfaction through marketing.Therefore,from the perspective of readers,this paper explores the future innovative development construction of library and explains in detail through the example of library＇s characteristic service of IMUFE.
