心肌梗死后交感神经重构防治的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 心肌梗死后交感神经重构在恶性室性心律失常和猝死的发生中起重要作用,防治心肌梗死后交感神经重构是近年研究的热点。根据交感神经重构的机制,从不同靶点水平进行药物或神经阻滞干预,有助于改善心肌梗死后交感神经重构,从而减少恶性室性心律失常和猝死的发生。
