摘要
采用基于N-S方程的CFD方法,建立无限长径向滑动轴承的动压润滑模型,研究织构化径向轴承的承载性能,并与非织构化轴承进行对比。结果表明:对径向轴承进行完全织构化,当织构面密度不断增大时,径向轴承的承载力先增加继而减小,即存在一个具有承载极大值的最优面密度值,并且存在一个合适的面密度范围使得织构有利于径向轴承承载力的提高;对径向轴承进行部分织构化,分布在承载区的织构面积越大,承载能力越大;随转速的增大,径向轴承的承载力几乎以线性速度增长。
A hydrodynamic lubrication model of infinite long journal bearings was developed with CFD method based on N - S equation in order to research the load carrying properties of surface textured journal bearing. Results show that, for fully textured journal bearings, with the area density of surface textures increasing, load capacity is increased first and then decreased, thus a maximum value of load capacity corresponding to an optimal value of area density exists, and an appropri- ate range of area density is available for improving load carrying properties of journal bearings ;for partially textured journal bearings, the larger the area of surface textures distributed in load carrying region, the better load capacity ;load capacity of journal bearing is increased with rotating velocity increasing.
