摘要 介绍了显微手术可视化的发展历程及原理,并在与镜头手术模式相比较的基础上,论述了显微手术可视化的优点及其在内窥镜视屏手术模式、显微镜视屏手术模式、外视镜视屏手术模式及望远镜视屏手术模式中的重要意义,指出显微手术可视化在显微(微创)神经外科尤其重要。 Visualized micrological operation is that the surgical operation is guided by the screen imaging and that transfer of the lens imaging to the screen imaging is needed. Its mechanism, advantages and present situation are described in detail and its considerable potential in micrological(minimally invasive) neurosurgery is pointed out.
