摘要
当前的大学生村官工作推进顺利,但也有部分大学生村官"下不去"、"待不住"、"干不好",影响了大学生村官的职业发展。职业锚理论可以为我们有效开展大学生村官工作提供新的思路。组织部门有必要在大学生村官选拔及任用过程中开展职业锚的认定和管理,从而确保大学生村官能"下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动"。
At present, the work of college-graduate as village officials advance smoothly, but there are also some college graduates officials who cannot really go to work in grass roots units, cannot really stay there long, and cannot do well, which affect career development of college graduates as village officials. The career anchor theory can provide new thought to carry out college students village official effectively. It is necessary for the organization department tO carry out the cognizance and management of the career anchor in the process of selection and appointment, so as to ensure the college graduates as village officials can really really go to work in grass roots units, can really stay there long, can do well and can be transferred from one position to another.
