摘要
分析了板坯结晶器机械调宽装置跑锥的主要原因,理论计算得出上下调宽装置调整方式与结晶器机械结构参数存在理论关系。实践证明,按照计算对于不同结构的结晶器,合理选用上拉下推或者上下同推的调宽方法可以有效控制跑锥问题,大大地缩短结晶器维修周期和提高连铸机作业效率。
The major reason of taper change of mechanical width adjusting mechanism in slab mold is ana-lyzed. The theoretical relation existing between adjustment mode of the up-down width adjusting mechanism and mechanical structure parameter of the slab mold was obtained by theoretical calculation. The practical applica- tion indicates that the reasonable selection for up-pull-down-push width adjusting method or up-down-push width adjusting method can effectively control the taper change of different structure molds by theoretical calculation, can reduce maintenance cycle of mold, and improve the working efficiency of continuous caster.
