摘要
针对目前国内较薄煤层和薄煤层开采工作环境恶劣,薄煤层交流电牵引采煤机受机面高度、工作面条件等因素影响,存在功率不足、破岩能力差、智能化水平低等问题,研制了MG2×200/925-AWD无人化工作面薄煤层交流电牵引采煤机,并介绍了自动化采煤机的开发背景、整机技术参数、关键技术及应用前景,对研究和实现薄煤层少人甚至无人智能化工作面具有重大意义。
Aiming at the problems of harsh working environment of thinner coal seams and thin seam mining in China, such as lack of power, poor capability of rock breaking, low intelligence level caused by the machine surface height and working conditions of AC electric haulage shearer, an AC electric haulage shearer high - power of the MG2 × 200/925 - AWD type suitable for thin coal seam is proposed in this paper. The develop- ment background, technical parameters, related key technologies and application prospects of the shearer are introduced. This research has a great significance to the achievement of the few people even unmanned intelli- gent coal face in thin seam.
