摘要
主要采用层次分析法和问卷调查法对体育院校术科教学质量评价体系的构建和方法进行研究,研究结果表明:1.体育院校术科教学质量评价体系函括三个一级指标,11个二级指标;2.体育院校术科教学质量一级指标的权重排序为:教学效果评价(0.63)、教学过程评价(0.26)、教学准备评价(0.11);3.体育院校术科教学质量评价函括学生评价、同行专家评价、领导和督导专家评价三个部分,评价结果所占的比例为40%、30%、30%。
By using AHP and investigation, the author had studied the constructing method of evaluation system in sports col- lege. The findings show that : 1, The evaluation system of teaching quality of subjects in sports college includes three letter - level indicators and 11 secondary indicators ; 2, The letter - level indicators of its sort : teaching effectiveness (0.63), evalua- tion of teaching process (0.26), evaluation of teaching preparation (0.11 ) ; 3, The evaluation of teaching quality includes students evaluation, peer evaluation, leader and expert evaluation, which respectively occupies the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30%.
