胸腺五肽联合化疗对大肠癌患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 传统观念认为,由于化疗药物基本都有致淋巴细胞减少的不良反应,同时多数化疗药物通过诱导凋亡杀死靶细胞,而凋亡的肿瘤细胞是免疫耐受原,因此化疗之后机体免疫功能低下。然而近年越来越多的研究表明,化疗导致淋巴细胞减少的同时,机体通过免疫系统重建、淋巴细胞自稳增生。因此,了解肿瘤患者化疗前后免疫功能状态,对合理制定化疗方案、更好地了解治疗疗效及掌握治疗时机具有重要意义。
