摘要
采用木醋废液对石灰石进行调质改性,利用管式炉燃烧实验系统及热重分析法对木醋调质石灰石的脱硫脱硝及助燃性能进行实验研究。结果表明:木醋调质可以显著提升石灰石的脱硫脱硝及助燃性能;低温有利于脱硫,高温有利于脱硝,木醋调质石灰石的脱硫脱硝性能随其添加量的增大而不断提高;木醋调质石灰石的主要成分为水合醋酸钙,其热解产物孔隙发达,具有较大的比表面积,有利于脱硫,热解过程同时析出大量碳氢类还原性气体,有利于脱硝,同时也为助燃提供了物质基础。
Desulfurization,denitrification and combustion-supporting characteristics of limestone modified by wood vinegar,a kind of waste liquid,were analyzed on the tube furnace system and by thermogravimetic analysis method.The results show that the desulfurization,denitrification and combustion-supporting performance of limestone can be effectively improved after being modified by wood vinegar.Low temperature is advantageous to desulfurization while high temperature is advantageous to denitrification.Increasing calcium/sulfur ratio can enhance both desulfurization and denitrification of limestone modified by wood vinegar.The phase composition analysis measured by XRD of limestone modified by wood vinegar shows that the major composition in the sample is hydration calcium acetate.Surface area of thermal decomposition product of modified limestone,measured by nitrogen adsorption method,is much bigger than that of original limestone,which is advantageous to desulfurization.A large number of hydrocarbon gas releases during the thermal decomposition process,which is conducive to denitrification and combustion-supporting.
