摘要
针对某厂2180mm六辊冷连轧机生产过程中因振动而引起的带钢表面振纹问题,从现场综合实测入手,分析了轧机异常振动时的振动信号,采用理论分析和有限元数值计算相结合的方法,建立了六辊冷连轧机机座系统三维有限元模型,对其固有特性进行仿真分析,探讨在外界激励下辊系的动态响应,计算得到轧机容易激发振动的主要频率。结果表明,仿真和实测数据吻合,能够准确地得出系统异常振动过程的各种响应状态,为进一步分析设备运行中存在的问题、提出抑振措施,提供了有力保证。
The vibration influence on the quality of strip for 2180mm six-high tandem cold rolling mill is discussed. The abnormal frequency of mill is analyzed by spot examination. The methods of numerical computation and finite element method simulation by the ANSYS are adopted to set up dynamic model of six-high rolling mill. At the same time, the natural frequency of mill and the response to mill at different excitation is calculated. Comparing the analysis results with the data from the experiment, the finite el- ement models presented were proved to be an efficient and valid way to simulate actual working conditions.
