摘要
简述了干式缸套气缸体水套砂芯四开盒热芯盒在生产实践中较为普遍存在的两种不同结构设计方案;对其盒体的结构特点、左右盒体的承载方式、芯盒本体的结构大小、盒体的制作难度、加热管的布置等可作优化的主要方面进行了比较述评;指出了应用人体工效学、绩效理论、黄金分割原理等理念对其设计进行指导优化可取得的良好技术经济效果。
Two different structure design projects in practice of quarto hot core of cylinder body jacket core were sketched , and the optimum proposals such as box structure features, loading mode of left and right boxes, making difficulty of core box, the setting of heating pipes etc. were analysed comparatively. Good technical and economic effects could be obtained by using the optimization design of ergonomics, performance theory and golden section etc.
