摘要
对锻造毛坯加热过程中所产生的氧化、脱碳、过热、过烧进行了理论分析,提出了相应的数学计算式。在工艺要求的锻造温度范围内,通过对准130mm×250mm的50Mn钢棒料加热的试验研究,得出了相应的结果。这种计算方法可用来准确计算和判断锻造毛坯加热时的质量可靠性。
The oxidation, decarbonization, overheating and burning in the heating forging blank were theoretically analyzed, and then the mathematical formulas were given. Within the forging temperature range of technology requirement,through the experimental research of heating the 50Mn steel bar (Ф130 mm×250 mm), its results were achieved. This calculation method can be used for accurate calculating and judging quality reliability when heating the forzing blank.
