摘要
为了分析HYD36钢控轧板和正火板的焊接性,采用埋弧自动焊、气体保护焊进行试验。从试验结果看,HYD36钢在埋弧自动焊热输入为52 kJ/cm的大线能量和气体保护焊热输入为9.9 kJ/cm的小线能量焊接条件下,焊接接头的性能优良,优于国家标准规定的最低值,能满足钢结构件的工艺技术要求。
In order to analyze the weldability of HYD36 steel controlled rolling plate and normalizing plate, the steel was welded by automatic submerged arc welding and gas shielded. From the test results, under the condition of automatic submerged arc welding heat input for 52 kJ/cm large line energy and gas welding heat input for 9.9 kJ/cm small line energy, the welded joint performance of the steel is better than the national standard minimum value, which can meet the technical requirements for steel structure.
