摘要
鼻气道阻力(nasal airway resistance,NAR)是鼻腔对呼吸气流的阻力,在正常情况下约占呼吸道总阻力的50%~53%,是鼻呼吸生理的重要组成部分。NAR的变化对整个呼吸道有显著影响,NAR测量有重要的应用价值。鼻腔测压法(rhinomanometry)是现今客观测量NAR的最佳方法之一,在基础和临床研究方面得到有效的应用。现将其近期临床应用进展做一综述。
Nose is the main channel for the entry of air to the respiratory system,and it produces a resistance to the airflow called nasal airway resistance(NAR),which consists of 50%-53% of total respiratory resistance.Rhinomanometry,one of the best methods to measure NAR objectively,has been effectively used in clinic and research,as for assessing the efficacy of some treatments or endoscopic sinus surgeries.This paper outlines the latest progress in the application of rhinomanometry.
