高效焊丝用钢中TiN析出的热力学分析 被引量:3

Thermodynamics Analysis on the Precipitation of Titanium Nitride in a Welding Wire Steel

摘要 TiN是焊丝用钢ER50-G中存在的主要非金属夹杂物之一,对材料的使用性能有着显著影响。使用热场发射扫描电镜等对Ti含量约0.16%的ER50-G钢种的生产过程钢样进行了检测,在盘条成分基础上利用热力学计算得到其TiN粒子临界析出温度约为1 549.6℃,在该钢种的液相线以上。分析发现ER50-G在固、液两相状态下均有TiN粒子析出,但以液态下析出的较大尺寸的TiN粒子为主;结合对TiN粒子尺寸的测量结果和物理化学相分析结果,认为在ER50-G生产中,钢液中TiN粒子的析出量高于理论值,而固相下的析出量则低于理论值,从而推导得出TiN粒子的实际析出曲线。 As a kind of main nonmetallic inclusions of ER50-G for welding wire, TiN has an obvious in fluence on the property of ER50-G. The sample with a Ti content of 0.16% obtained from the production process of ER50-G is examined by FESEM. Based on the chemical composition of the wire rod, the crit ical temperature for precipitation of TiN is calculated to be 1 822.6 K, which is above the liquidus of ER50-G. TiN precipitates in both liquid and solid phases, but mainly in liquid phase. It can be conclu ded that in the production of ER50-G, the precipitation amount of TiN particle in liquid steel is higher than theoretical value while lower in solid phase. Finally a practical curve of TiN precipitation is ob tained.
