摘要
目的:探讨Beckman-coulter AC.T 5diff血液分析仪白细胞研究参数(异常淋巴细胞、巨大不成熟细胞)在白血病筛查中的应用。方法:对我院2000例患者标本经仪器检测后进行人工显微镜复检,对仪器检测结果中的白细胞研究参数分布情况和镜检结果进行对比分析。结果:2000例患者结果中,有单项异常淋巴细胞提示的标本96例、有单项巨大不成熟细胞提示的标本104例、无异常淋巴细胞及巨大不成熟细胞提示的标本1665例,经人工显微镜复检皆未找到原始细胞、而同时有异常淋巴细胞和巨大不成熟细胞提示的标本135例,其中120例两项白细胞研究参数皆大于5%。该120例标本中有110例标本经显微镜复检找到原始细胞。结论:使用Beckman-coulter AC.T 5diff血液分析仪进行血常规检测时,当仪器检测结果中两项白细胞研究参数皆大于5%时要认真进行涂片复检,以防白血病漏检。
Objective：To explore the application of white blood cells research parameters（abnormal lymphocytes,huge immature cells） tested by Beckman-coulter AC.T 5diff blood analyzer in leukemia screening.Methods：All 2000 patients specimens were reviewed by artificial microscope after instrument testing,compared the testing results of white blood cell parameters with the microscopic examination results.Results：Among 2000 patients,96 cases of specimens had single abnormal lymphocytes hints,104 cases of specimens had single huge immature cells hints,1665 cases of specimen had neither abnormal lymphocytes nor huge immature cells hints were not found primitive cells by artificial microscope review.135 cases had both abnormal lymphocytes and huge immature cells hints,among 120 cases of two white cell research parameter was greater than 5%.In these 120 cases,110 cases were found original cell by artificial microscopy review.Conclusion：When using Beckman-coulter AC.T 5diff blood analyzer for routine blood test,if the detection results have two white blood cell parameters that are larger than 5%,we should carry out a smear reviews in order to prevent leukemia undetected.
