摘要
研究生档案是高校对研究生进行管理的一个组成部分,是从德、智、体等各方面对研究生在校学习期间的表现进行全面记载的重要载体,对促进学生就业有着深远的意义。文章从研究生档案管理工作的实际出发,分析研究生档案管理工作中存在的问题,探究提高研究生档案管理水平的对策。
Postgraduates＇ dossiers are an important part for colleges and universities to manage postgraduates and also a significant carrier to record students＇ moral,academic and physical performance during their stay in colleges and universities,which are of profound significance in promoting students＇ employment.From the actual situation,this paper focuses on analysing the problems existing in the management and exploring the countermeasures to improve the management level.
