摘要
文章介绍了配直吹式制粉系统的火电厂相邻锅炉互送热风节能方案设计的特点,分析了相邻锅炉间热风联络管设计的依据、在工程实践中热风联络管的布置和运行控制调节的方法;总结了该方案在节能降耗、安全运行、防腐保养、冬季防冻等方面良好的实际应用效果;展望了该技术在锅炉运行中煤种适应性广、运行灵活性强、燃烧安全性好等应用前景。
This paper introduces the features of energy saving method of adjacent boiler mutual sending hot-air in thermal power plants with the straight blowing pulverizing system,and focuses on analyzing design principle of the hot-air contact between adjacent boiler tubes,the layout of the hot-air contact control and operation method adjusting in the engineering.It summarizes the good effects on energy saving and consumption reduction,safe operation,anticorrosive maintenance and anti-freezing in winter.It also describes the outlook of this new scheme in the boiler operation.
