不同贮藏条件下大白菜种子的水分变化规律 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以不同初始水分的天津绿白菜种子为试材,研究了不同贮藏温度(T)和湿度(RH)条件下种子水分的变化规律。结果表明:天津绿种子初始水分为4.6%时,在T=4℃、RH<50%与T=20℃、RH=0条件下呈解吸变化;T=-20℃、RH=0~100%条件下以及其他处理则均呈吸湿变化。初始水分为8%时,T=-20℃、RH<25%与T=4℃或T=20℃、RH<50%条件下,呈解吸变化;其他处理均呈吸湿变化。初始水分为12%时,RH<75%的所有处理均呈解吸变化,其他处理则均呈吸湿变化。天津绿种子初始水分为4.6%时,在T=-20℃、RH>50%,T=4℃、RH>73%,T=20℃、RH>69%条件下,其平衡水分超过其在该条件下的安全水分(北方9%);初始水分为8%时,在T=-20℃、RH>50%,T=4℃、20℃和RH>67%条件下,其平衡水分超过其安全水分(北方9%);初始水分为12%时,在T=-20℃、RH>60%,T=4℃、RH>71%,T=20℃、RH>73%条件下,其平衡水分超过各条件下的安全水分(9%)。 The experiment was carried out to study the variation rule of moisture in Chinese cabbage seeds of Tianjinlti with different initial moisture content under different store temperatures and relative humidities. The results were as follows. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 4.6%, the moisture showed the change of desorption when stored at 4℃ and RH 〈 50%, or 20℃ and RH = 0, but showed the change of moisture absorption when stored under the other treating conditions. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 8%, the variation of moisture showed as desorption when stored at -20% and RH 〈 25%, 4℃ and RH 〈 50% , or 20℃ and RH 〈 50% , but showed absorption when stored in the other treating conditions. If the seeds with the initial moisture content as 12% and stored in the condition of RH 〈75%, the seeds showed the change of desorption, whereas, the other treatments showed the change of absorption. The equilibrium moisture content of Tianjinlv seeds with the initial moisture content as 4.6% was higher than the safe moisture content (9% in North) under the condition of -20% and RH 〉50% , 4℃ and RH 〉73%, or 20℃ and RH 〉 69%. It was the same if the initial moisture content was 8% and the seeds were stored at -20% and RH 〉50%, 4% and RH 〉67%, 20℃ and RH 〉67%, and if the initial moisture content was 12% and the seeds were stored at -20℃ and RH 〉60%, 4℃ and RH 〉71%, 20℃ and RH 〉73%.
