低温镀铁电流密度对镀层组织形貌、组构与硬度的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Current Density on Microstructure and Microhardness of Iron Coatings Electroplated at Low Temperature

摘要 为了适应金刚石工具的电镀铁,采用低温低电流密度直流电镀铁层。用扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计、金相显微镜研究了镀铁层的形貌、显微硬度、金相组织和组成。结果表明:镀铁层的组织为金属镀层和黑色网状条纹;网状条纹处硬度较低,而金属镀层的硬度较高;且随着电流密度的增大,金属镀层的显微硬度升高,网状条纹硬度变化较小,但网状条纹逐渐变得粗大,数量增多;低电流密度下获得的金属镀层为单相纯铁镀层,黑色网状条纹并非共沉积组织,而是经氧化的微裂纹。 Fe coatings were prepared by direct current electroplating at a low temperature and current density.The morphology,metallographic structure and composition of as-prepared Fe coatings were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope and a metallographic microscope,while their microhardness was measured with a microhardness meter so as to investigate the effect of current density on the microstructure and microhardness of the coatings.Results indicate that as-prepared Fe coatings appear to be black and contain net-like strip structure.The microhardness measured at the net-like strip structure is lower than that measured at intact coating surfaces.Besides,the microhardness of Fe coatings increases with increasing current density,but the size and amount of cracks rise therewith.Moreover,Fe coating obtained at a lower current density consists of single pure Fe phase;the net-like stripes are not co-electrodeposited structure but oxidation-induced micro-cracks.
