摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、成膜助剂合成了环境友好型苯丙乳液水性防锈涂料,其固含量为39%,黏度为150 mPa.s,该涂料粒径为80~100 nm,粒子呈规整球形。防锈膜与镀锌钢板表面接触较好,成膜规整,结合紧密;防锈膜的热稳定性好;涂覆后基材的腐蚀电位正移0.314 V,有效降低了镀锌钢板的腐蚀速率。
An environmentally friendly water-based antirust paint was synthesized with styrene,butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as the starting materials.The performances of as-synthesized paint and antirust coating made of the paint were investigated.Results indicate that as-prepared antirust paint has a solid content of 39%and a viscosity of 150 mPa·s,and its spherical particles have a size of 80~100 nm.Besides,as-prepared antirust paint can be prepared into integrate and compact antirust coating on galvanized steel plate.As-obtained antirust coating has good thermal stability and corrosion resistance as well.Namely,the corrosion potential of the antirust coating is increased by 0.35 V as compared with that of the galvanized steel substrate,which means it can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of the substrate.
