摘要
针对新疆油田乌-夏二叠系风城组及夏子街组储层与常规胍胶压裂液不配伍,压裂后出现返胶困难的问题,本文报道了一种可以在酸性条件下交联的疏水缔合物压裂液,该压裂液具有良好的延缓交联性能﹑良好的耐温、抗盐、耐剪切性能。在130℃、170 s-1下剪切75 min后的黏度还可以保持在50 mPa.s以上,交联时间达200 s。此外,该压裂液携砂性能好、易破胶返排、对地层伤害小及低摩阻、低残渣、防膨效果好,突破了缓交联聚合物型压裂液耐温耐剪切性能不能超过100℃的传统观念。该压裂液目前已在新疆油田成功运用9井次,施工成功率100%,均取得良好的应用效果。
Compatibility of guar gum fracturing fluid and Fengcheng formation and Xiazijie formation of Wu-Xia permian system in xinjiang oilfield was worse, hence, there existed in the problem of difficult flowback. A new hydrophobic associating fracturing fluid that the crosslinking reaction took place under acidic condition was developed, and the relative properties including the delayed crosslinking property, heat resistance and salt tolerance, anti-shearing performance were probed. The results showed that the performance of the fracturing fluid was good. Its viscosity remained above 50 mPa.s after sheared at the rate of 170 sl for 75 min at the temperature of 130℃ ,and the cross-linked time was 200 s. In addition, this fracturing fluid had good capability of transporting sand, low friction resistance and damage, few residue and complete broken gels and hydration and good anti-swelling effect. This fracturing fluid made a breakthrough to the traditional concept that the temperature and shearing sustainability of delayed cross-linking polymer fracturing fluid could not exceed 100℃. This fracturing fluid had successfully been applied for 9 wells in Xinjiang oiffield with success rate of 100%, the application effects of this fracturing fluid was remarkable.
