神经节苷脂对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿DQ值及发育障碍的影响 被引量:6

Effect of ganglioside on developmental quotient and developmental disorders of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的:探讨神经节苷脂(GM1)对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿神经行为发育的影响。方法:68例HIE新生儿,随机分为GM1治疗组35例,常规治疗组33例。两组患儿分别于3月龄和6月龄时测定神经精神运动发育商(DQ)。结果:GM1治疗组HIE患儿3月龄和6月龄DQ值均高于常规治疗组(P<0.05);GM1治疗组6月龄发育障碍发生率低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:GM1可改善HIE新生儿的神经行为发育,降低HIE患儿发育障碍发生率。 Objective: To explore the effect of ganglioside on neurobehavioral development of neonates with hypoxic ischemic en- cephalopathy (HIE) . Methods: Sixty - eight neonates with HIE were randomly divided into ganglioside treatment group (35 neonates) and routine treatment group (33 neonates) . Developmental quotients of neurobehavioral movement in the neonates at 3 months and 6 months were measured in the two groups. Results: Developmental quotients at 3 months and 6 months in ganglioside treatment group were statistical- ly significantly higher than those in routine treatment group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The morbidity of developmental disorders at 6 months in ganglio- side treatment group was statistically significantly lower than that in routine treatment group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Ganglioside can improve neurobehavioral development and reduce the morbidity of developmental disorders in neonates with HIE.
