摘要 传统的铅酸蓄电池充电方式一般没有去极化的措施,这会影响蓄电池的充电时间、容量和使用寿命。针对这些问题,设计了一种正负脉冲式的快速充电机。这种充电机的正负脉冲和死区时间通过单片机调节;充电电流大小可在一定范围内调整。设计了主电路、控制电路,并提出一种新的充放电管理电路的设计方案,最后经过实验实现了设计方案。 The traditional ways of charging batteries have no depolarization measures, which may affect the battery charging time, capacity and using life. In order to solve these problems, a kind of positive and negative pulse fast charger was designed. The charger's positive and negative pulse and dead time could be adjusted by a single-chip microcomputer; its charging current could also be adjusted in a certain range. The main circuit and control circuit were designed and a new charging and discharging management circuit was presented. Finally, the design was realized through experiment.
