摘要
目的探讨数字化X线摄影(DR)技术在静脉肾盂造影(IVP)检查中的应用价值。方法随机抽取应用DR设备进行IVP检查的50例患者的影像资料进行回顾分析。结果数字化X线摄片,图像的对比度、清晰度均佳,其中,甲级46例,乙级3例,丙级1例,完全满足临床要求。结论 DR应用于IVP检查可提供更好的解剖细节,具有很好的临床应用价值和广泛前景。
Objective To explore the application value of the digital radiography （DR） in intravenous pyelography （IVP）. Methods The image data of 50 patients, who conduct IVP examinations by DR, are randomly selected, and analyzed retrospectively. Results The images, obtained by DR, have good contrast and definition. Among these images, 46 cases are A grade, 3 cases are B grade, I case is C grade, which could fully meet clinical requirements. Conclusion The digital IVP can provide better anatomical details and has great clinical value and a broad future.
