摘要
骨髓增殖性肿瘤是较为惰性的血液系统肿瘤,西医治疗以减轻肿瘤负荷、防治并发症为主,除CML外均缺乏特异性的疗法,而JAK2V617F抑制剂的临床研究为MPN的特异性靶向治疗提供了希望。中医在MPN的治疗中可以发挥其优势,起到辅助西药降低肿瘤负荷,减少并发症,提高治疗稳定性的作用,为临床MPN的中西医结合治疗提供新的思路。
Myeloproliterative neoplasms （MPNs） are a series of inert tumors which act as persist increased hemocytes, there were no specific therapies for MPNs except tyrosine kinase inhibitor（TKI） such as imatinib, dasatinib and nilotinib for chronic myeloid leukaemia（ CML）, so at present therapies are only for reducing tumor loads and preventing complica tions but not for curing. Inhibitor of JAK2V617F,as a targeted therapy, which has caught out for clinical trials now, has brought new hopes for curing. Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapy has an advantage of treating MPNs through re- ducing tumor loads, preventing compfications, and raising stability of curative effect when combined with western medi- eines,so it has come up with a new treatment coneept for MPNs clinical treatments.
