摘要
化学发光免疫技术是化学发光与免疫测定结合起来的一种高效检测手段。化学发光是在特定化学反应中产生的光辐射。化学发光免疫技术可根据抗原抗体标记物的不同而分为发光物免疫测定、发光酶免疫测定和发光辅助因子免疫测定三大类型。发掘新型发光物和高效催化剂 ,以及尝试修饰、增强化学发光反应效果使得化学发光免疫技术更具潜力。
Chemiluminescence Immunoassay (CLIA) is an efficient detection tool combined from chemiluminescent reactions and immunoassay. Chemiluminescence is the light emission produced in certain chemical reactions. CLIA,according to the labels,can be divided as Luminescent Immunoassay (LIA),Lumminescent Enzyme Immunoassay (LEIA) and Luminescent Cofactor Immunoassay (LCIA). Recent progresses on hunting for new labels and catalysts and trying to modify or enhance the effect of chemiluminescent reactions make The technology more effective.
