摘要
铁路公安院校治安管理专业是培养能够满足铁路公安机关治安工作岗位需求的高素质、应用型专门人才的专业。按照铁路治安岗位工作流程,在单项技能实训基础上,精心组织开展治安管理专业综合实训,形成以培养学生贴近实战的综合能力为目标的单项专业实训与综合实训相结合的实践教学体系,是学校专业人才培养过程中强化实践能力培养的重要路径,也是完善学校专业实训教学,实现学生在较短时间内由学生到准职业人转变的客观需要。
The major of public security administration in railway police college is an applied specialty that cultivates high - quality and skilled professionals which can meet the need of railway police work. The college should organize meticulously comprehensive training of the specialty according to the police working procedure and basing on single item training, and then develop a practical teaching system which combines single item training and comprehensive training with the aim at cultivating students＇ comprehensive capability of combat. It is an important way of developing students＇ practice ability during the college＇s talent education and an objective need for students to change to be prepared professionals in a short period of time.
