摘要
利用有限元模拟分析计算是分析压力钢管的受力状况的重要手段之一.借助大型通用有限元计算软件ANSYS对某水电站的压力钢管的岔管部分进行了数值模拟分析,得到该压力钢管的应力分布规律,并指出该管的优化设计的思路.在逐级加载的情况下得到月牙肋部分与周围钢管的一般的应力应变规律.对其他类似工程设计可提供借鉴.
The finite element calculation is an important method to calculate the force status of steel penstock. Bifurcated pipe in a hydropower station was calculated by the general software ANSYS, and the results about the steel penstock distribution law were obtained. The optimization approaches about the steel penstock is pointed out. At the step loading, the stress-strain law in the cross of crescent rib and steel penstock was obtained. Other projects can get some experience from this study.
