摘要
建立在乙二胺 -酒石酸钾钠体系中连续测定铜、锌和铁的示波极谱法。在 0 .0 2 mol·L-1酒石酸钾钠 -乙二胺 (3+97)底液中 ,用于微波消化血样测定 ,结果满意。相对标准偏差小于 7% ,样品的回收率为 96.5%~ 1 1 0 .0 %。该方法快速、简便、取样量少且预处理简单 。
A method of successive determination of Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) in whole blood by oscillopolarography is presented in this paper. In a base solution containing 0.02mol·L -1 sodium potassium tartrate and ethylenediamine (3+97), when scanning in narrow potential ranges of -0.3^-0.8V and -1.3^-1.8V sensitive and sharp reduction wave peaks are observed at -0.7V (for Cu 2+ ) at -1.52V (for Zn 2+ ), and at -1.70V (for Fe 3+ ). Linear relationships between the peak heights and concentrations of the metal ion mentioned above are obtained in the following ranges: 4~280ng·ml -1 (for Cu 2+ ), 2~520ng·ml -1 (for Zn 2+ ) and 80~960ng·ml -1 (for Fe 3+ ). The blood sample is digested with HNO 3 HClO 4 in a microwave oven. Only a microamount (30μl) of the blood sample is required for a determination. The proposed method is simple and rapid, and the results obtained are satisfactory. The RSD obtained is 7% and the recovery 96.5%~110%.
