摘要
火棘具有很高的食用价值和药用保健功效,具有广阔的开发利用前景。文章对火棘的营养成分、保健功能和综合加工利用的研究现状进行综述,并展望火棘产业化前景,为火棘产业的发展提供参考。
The current situation of research on the nutritional compo- sition, health care function, and comprehensive processing and utili- zation of Pyracantha fortuneana were all-round stated, and above mentioned progresses and trends were summarized in this paper. The research results showed that Pyracantha fortuneana had a high nu- tritional and healthful value, its comprehensive development and uti- lization had significantly efficiency, and its industrialization had a broad foreground.
