摘要 针对传统铁路信号设备人工巡检方式存在的弊端,利用RFID技术、单片机和计算机软件技术,设计并实现了基于RFID的铁路信号设备巡检系统;介绍了一种以STC12C5A32S2为控制核心,MF RC500为读卡芯片的非接触式巡检仪的实现方法,重点描述了射频收发控制模块、天线以及其他外围电路的设计,并完成了上位机管理系统的设计;经过测试,整个系统运行稳定,巡检仪在4~7cm的范围内,读卡速度最快,效果最好,且最大的读卡距离可达9cm。该系统不仅避免不检或漏检现象的发生,而且便于巡检结果的保存和查询,加强了铁路信号设备巡检管理的科学化、制度化。 For solving the drawbacks of traditional railway signal equipment patrol by manual way, used RFID, microcontroller and computer software technology, designed and implemented the RFID-based railway signal equipment patrol system. Introduced a realization method for the patrol devices which selected STC12CSA32S2 as core control chip, MF RCS00 as read chip, focus described the design of RF transceiver control module, antenna and other peripheral circuits, and complete the management of the host computer. After tested, the entire system ran stably, and within 4-7cm, the reading speed and effect of the patrol is best, and the maximum reading distance can reach 9cm. The system can not only avoid the phenomenon like not or missing check, but also easy to save and inquire the patrol result, thus to strengthen the scientific and institutionalization of railway signal equipment patrol management.
