摘要
目的应用"5S"管理方法改善康复科工作环境,使医疗活动有序进行。方法对康复科进行现场评估,运用"5S"管理方法对康复科中的环境、物品、药品、器械等进行分类考核评价。结果康复科实施"5S"管理法以来,医护人员对本科室的工作环境满意度明显提高。结论"5S"管理方法能有效解决工作场所凌乱和无序状况,确保诊疗工作正常运作,节约资源,提高工作效率。
Objective To compare the effect before and after the application of "5S" management in the rehabilitation management. Methods Use "5S" management approach to assess the environment, articles, medicines, equipments of the rehabilitation department on-site. Results After the implementation of the "5S" management approach in the rehabilitation department, the nurses and doctors become more satisfied with the working environment of the department. Conclusion "5S" management approach can effectively improve the messy and disorderly condition of the workplace so as to ensure the normal functioning of the clinic work, save resources and improve work efficiency.
