摘要
本文研究围手术期血浆内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)水平的动态变化及其意义。选择胃癌和结直肠癌患者 ,分别取术前、术中和术后第 1、7天外周静脉血。采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆ET - 1和CGRP的浓度。结果表明术前血浆ET - 1和CGRP负相关 ,ET -1与血压正相关 ,CGRP与血压负相关。血浆ET - 1/CGRP比值 :术前 1.4 0 ,术中 0 .82 ,术后第 1天 0 .84 ,术后第 7天 1.34。血浆ET - 1与CGRP水平负相关 ,两者呈动态平衡。ET - 1/CGRP比值对观察创伤与应激。
To observe dynamic changes of plasma Endothelin-1 (ET-1) and Calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) during perioperation, blood samples of 38 patients with gastrointestinal carcinomas were obtained from peripheral vein before operation and during operation, 1st and 7th day after operation. Plasma ET-1 and CGRP concentration was determined by radioimmunoassay. Plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP were negatively correlated (r=-0.51,P<0.01),ET-1 level positively correlated with blood pressure(r=0.046,P<0.01),CGRP levels negatively correlated with blood pressure(r=-0.57,P<0.01).ET-1/CGRP ratio was 1.4 in the preoperation. The ratio decreased to 0.82 and 0.84 during the intraoperation and in the 1st postoperative morning respectively and agian raised to 1.36 on the 7th postoperative day. Plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP were negatively correlated. The ET-1/CGRP ratio decreased during the intraoperation and at the early stage of operative recovery. The ratio may be reflect dynamic changes in trauma, stress, hemodynamics and recovery state during perioperation.
