摘要
文章基于NI公司的CompactRIO以及图形化编程软件LabVIEW设计并集成了静力试验数据采集系统。在硬件方面,设计了由实时系统和Host主机组成的上下位机的架构;在软件方面,了解并掌握静力试验方法和试验流程,设计并实现了同步采集、网络通信、数据保存以及人机交互界面。对该数据采集系统进行了测评,测评结果表明,该数据采集系统可靠性高、实时性好、开发周期短,能够完成多通道静力试验数据同步采集任务。
Data acquisition system of static test based on NI Company's CompactRIO and LabVIEW is designed and integrated.The upper and lower computer architecture based on the real-time system and computer is designed.The function of multi-channel synchronous data acquisition,network communication,data storage and human-machine interaction interface are realized.The test system of data acquisition is carried out.The result indicates that the system has advantages such as high reliability,high real-time and high development efficiency.The multi-channel synchronous data acquisition of static test is accomplished.
