摘要 在高清三维胶辊印刷技术的基础上,通过对胶辊印刷装备进行重大改进和花釉配方组成优化,研究开发一辊多色多图立体胶辊印刷技术及凹凸拼图釉面砖产品。试验表明,采用本工作开发的一辊多色多图立体胶辊印刷技术可成功实现凹凸拼图釉面砖产品生产,大大减少印花装饰过程胶辊数量和明显提高了产品质量稳定性。 By improving the printer and optimizing the recipes of decorative glazes, 3D Multicolor multi-image printing with a single rubber roller was developed from the existing 3D high definition rubber roller printing, by which concave and convex glazed tiles for a collage image were produced. Experimental results show that the one roller printing technique can be used to produce concave and convex glazed tiles of more guaranteed quality for collage images with fewer rubber rollers.
