摘要 研究了不同有机溶剂及萃取条件对白酒中微量成分分析检测的影响。采用气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS)法分析白酒中的微量成分。结果表明,对于乙酸乙酯、氯仿和环己烷这3种有机萃取剂来说,环己烷的萃取效果要优于其他2种;优化的萃取条件为:酒样体积10 mL,萃取剂5 mL,萃取时间10 min,此时萃取效果最佳;萃取后能够分析出118种微量成分。 The influence of different organic solvents and different extracting conditions on GC-MS detection of liquor trace elements was investigated. The results suggested that the extracting effects of hexamethylene were the best among the three organic solvents including ethyl acetate and chloroform and hexamethylene. The best extracting conditions were summed up as follows: 10 mL liquor samples and 5 mL organic solvent, and the extracting time was 10 min. After the extraction, 1 18 kinds of trace elements in liquor could be detected.
